Orders are accepted through the online Shopify portal, which can be accessed through our website (www.rockspringbio.com). Orders will be filled as soon as possible (within 48 hours if in stock). Otherwise, please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
Electronic orders must be accompanied by phone number, e-mail, and physical mailing address. All electronic orders will be confirmed via electronic mail.
Products cannot be returned for credit or replaced if due to a customer's error. Please contact Customer Service (productsupport@rockspringbio.com) for resolution of any problems or errors involving an order.
In most instances we ship Standard Overnight Delivery (not available to all locations), with delivery by 4:30 PM of the next business day. Other shipping options will be considered upon request but can be granted only under conditions that will ensure the quality of the product. Freight is prepaid and added to the invoice. Please inquire at the time of order for an estimate of the freight charges. If you wish us to ship collect or COD, please supply a valid account number when ordering.
Orders can be placed directly through our web portal. For direct orders, customers are responsible for providing correct import documentation by the time of shipment. In most instances, transit time is two days. Any product issues due to shipment delays caused by improper import documentation will not be replaced by Rock Spring Bio. Any delays due to courier issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Technical assistance is available via email (productsupport@rockspringbio.com). If inquiring about a purchased product, please note the catalog number, lot number, and date of purchase when you contact our technical staff to enable them to answer your questions quickly.

The products in this catalog are intended only for laboratory research and analytical use. They are not for human or veterinary use. They should be used only by technically-qualified individuals or those under their direct supervision. Any individual working directly with these products should have free access to the applicable Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and should read and understand it completely prior to use. Please contact our Customer Service department if you require additional copies of any MSDS.
All of our products undergo extensive analysis prior to release for sale. A copy of the analytical report will be provided upon request.
Our products are routinely packaged in borosilicate vials with screw cap lids. If you require alternative packaging or product formulations, please contact our customer service department for a cost estimate.
Rock Spring Bio uses reasonable efforts in order to avoid infringement of third party patent claims, however, it is important for all buyers and end-users to perform their own intellectual property search and understand the restrictions for use in their area.
Rock Spring Bio makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, which extends beyond the description of the chemicals herein, except that the material will meet our specifications at the time of delivery. Buyer's exclusive remedy and Rock Spring Bio’s sole liability hereunder shall be limited to refund of the purchase price of, or at Rock Spring Bio’s option, the replacement of all material that does not meet our specifications. Rock Spring Bio shall not be liable otherwise or for incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, the costs of handling. Said refund or replacement is conditioned on Buyer giving written notice to Rock Spring Bio within thirty (30) days after arrival of the material at its destination. Failure of Buyer to give said notice within said thirty (30) days shall constitute a waiver by Buyer of all claims hereunder with respect to said material.
